moving façades
My work cultivates presence, using image-making to open a quiet space between the everyday and the sacred.
This new series began with casual phone photos of truck backs taken in traffic, these “moving façades” appearing like accidental paintings. Printed onto raw plywood through dye-sublimation, the images merge with the wood grain, extending my interest in everyday infrastructures as sites of visual complexity and poetic potential.
